Operating the latest 3D CAD Systems, we can interpret the electronic data produced by the majority of the recognised design formats, allowing us to analyse components and advise our customers of improvements to their products in '3D Solid' prior to tooling design. Should you require it to be done 'the old fashioned way', working from 2D paper drawings also poses no problems to our experienced and knowledgeable team.
Working in partnership with all of our production departments, secondary operations and processes are finalised during the design discussion stage via Design Group Meetings. Our tool designs can be passed direct to our chosen toolmakers, either here in the UK or overseas, for accurate and rapid tool manufacture.
Our in-house toolroom also gives us the capability to service, repair or modify the tools throughout the lifespan of the project. Alternatively should you need to transfer-in existing tooling, any conversion work required can be carried out swiftly, thus minimising time out of production.
