The Quality Policy has been defined and is documented to meet the organisational goals of the company and the expectations and needs of its customers. We have an obligation to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 Standard and to ensure the continued improvement within our own operations system.

Quality Control plays a vital role at every stage of the manufacturing process. Quality and Design discussions at the start of every project establish the criteria which are optimised throughout each process. SPC and FMEA plans are generated to meet the needs of individual customers together with documented control plans for each project.

Lesney Industries is fully committed to meet in full, all of the quality requirements laid down by our customers, including reliability and delivery of the products and associated services, to ensure a successful and long term working relationship with all our customers.

Environmental Policy

Reduction of waste and minimising material usage makes economic sense as well as improving the environment. The 'Lesney Management Policy' is committed to the elimination of pollution and the saving of energy and fuel in every area of the company. Recyclable packaging is developed with customers where practical to meet  regulation and ensure best practice.

Policies are continually reviewed and updated to ensure compliance with all current legislation and environmental requirements.
