Over 20 million high quality mouldings are produced each year from our wide range of modern Plastic Injection Moulding Machines. Automatic unscrewing and core pulling facilities combined with robotic transfer systems allow large or complex mouldings to be produced.

They give us the flexibility to efficiently and consistently supply moulded parts up to 1.5 kilos in weight, in practically all of the commodity and engineering thermoplastic materials available, including PA, PBT, PET, TPR, PPO, POM, ABS, PP, GPPS, PPS etc, either in unfilled or reinforced grades. Should you need advice on finding the right grade, we are more than happy to assist you in your material selection.

In addition to insert mouldings, parts can be supplied painted, printed, ultra-sonically welded or assembled to customer requirements.
